Such messaging, altogether cumulate to misinformation and disinformation.
Through reverse image search, we established the image of Wafula Chebukati had been manipulated. Chebukati is the chairman of Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) who before his appointment, had prior resigned as a life member of Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and currently does not belong to any political party. The graphics suggest that Chebukati is allied to one of the political wing called UDA
