Fake UoN certification to swindle victims of cash

A counterfeit certificate purporting to have been awarded by the University of Nairobi (UoN) has been circulating online with messaging that the said university is offering free online course and that interested candidates should follow some link provided – that would lead to ‘Living service’. Unsuspecting people would be asked to make a registration fee.
The website is meant to dupe unaware individuals by duplicitous means stating to be offering online courses courtesy of UoN.
The dubious website, the courses and the certificate have since been disowned by UoN and warning possible victims that their courses are only offered through the University’s official website.
The fabrication is thus deemed misleading and malicious with intent to rip off money from unsuspecting people.
