Imperial College of Medical and Health Science (ICMHS) has distanced itself from the Facebook Group claiming to be that of ICMHS. In an announcement on its official Facebook Account, the College stated;
“ALERT: Don’t be conned, we inform you that we are not associated with these groups, and therefore all the information shared there does not belong or portray our college”
Messaging from the said groups are asking students and those intending to join the college among other services to contact them directly which raises suspicion of swindling of registration fees and even college fees.
This announcement comes even as the demand for trained and licensed nurses in the US, Europe, and the Middle East rises. Unsuspecting people with the hope of getting practicing licenses and certificates may be conned for their money by such unscrupulous people operating suspicions online accounts.
